Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy Once any services/products are purchased from https://www.globtierinc.com , we are not responsible/liable for any refunds except card payments. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will reimburse the invoice value. All returns which are not valid will not be accepted.

Should you wish to return all or a part of your order, you need to let us know within 30 working days from the date of receiving your order. You need to write to us at cs@globtierinc.com

After validating your return request we will send you an email authorizing a return. Post receiving the return request, it will undergo a check by our service audit department. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund amount. If however the return is found not eligible for a refund, no refund shall be made.

Please Note: https://www.globtierinc.com  will make refund checks only in the registered name of the customer

We will keep you updated on the status of your return at each step:

  1. a) When we validate your return, we send you a return authorization mail
  1. b) At the closure of your refund, we send you a closure mail

You can cancel your order by writing to us at cs@globtierinc.com. The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and a confirmation email will be sent immediately. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed by us. Globtier Infotech inc. is not liable for any losses while making the purchase.
