Refund Policy

At Globtier Infotech Inc. customer's satisfaction is of great importance. If you are not satisfied with our services then let us know we will try our best to resolve your problem at highest priority. But even then if you are not satisfied, Globtier Infotech Inc. offers a full refund to the customers, if refund request is made within 7 days of purchase of our package/ order of our services.

There is no refund, if you have used our services for some days. Refund is not applicable after one month of delivery of the product or service.

The refund process usually takes 7 to 14 business days and sometimes it would take one month during high season from the date of the actual charge.
